This time of year there are many things you can do with melted chocolate, such as dipping pretzels and then rolling them sugar sprinkles. You can also take a mixture of rice or corn Chex brand cereal, peanuts, M&M's, small twist pretzels, and Cheerios, and pour melted white chocolate over all of it to make a delicious snack mix.

Nothing to worry. If the chocolate got melted, keep the chocolate in the refrigerator that too in the freezer box. After 10-15 minutes you will get a new chocolate.

You can coat pretzels in chocolate for a tasty snack. You can also take two Ritz crackers and put some peanut butter in between them to make a sandwich. You then dip them in chocolate.

You can use it to decorate cookies or cakes, or spread it on graham crackers for a simple dessert. It's also fine if it resolidifies, you can still use it for recipes or for eating.
