If you go to a dentist and explain the problem to them, they should be able to help you by applying a thin, permanent synthetic enamel to your molars to keep them protected.

You should visit a dentist as soon as you possibly can. They have a process that they can use to fix and cover your molars and protect them even if the enamel has worn off. It is an in office proceedure that is very simple and pretty much painless to fix.

The best thing to do is get the tooth capped. This will cover and protect the exposed tooth, and prevent tooth decay and cavities. This will also prevent the tooth from sensitivity. It is very important to protect the tooth to prevent further problems in the future. Capping a tooth can be done in normal tooth color.

It sounds like a cavity. If you see any brown spots on the teeth or holes, it is a cavity. You should go to see the dentist right away. The dentist will fill that cavity. It is very important to keep your teeth healthy.

Please see a dentist. A dentist can give you a professional analysis and help you to fix your teeth. Enamel is critical to dental health.

First of all you need to talk to a dentist about what can be done about this. This can happen on its own from taking certain medications/antibiotics before a certain age. Basically it may come down to the fact that there will need to be work done on the teeth to make them suitable to withstand what they need to.
