You may be able to get a duplicate from your employer. You can file Form 4852, "Substitute for Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement". Attach it to your return.

Contact your current or former employer and ask for another copy. They should mail you another copy free of charge.

If your W-2 is lost, first file for an extension with the IRS and then try to get a replacement W-2 from the employer.

Get another copy of your w-2! There shouldn't be any problem getting one from the employer. You could also file an extension.

Go back to where you were working and request another copy. If over a year ago you can also request a copy from the IRS.
