You should report this to your supervisor as soon as you can. Don't feel embarassed or fearful. It's something that needs to be addressed. Your supervisor should be able to take the necessary steps.

This is totally unacceptable and you need to report it to your supervisor. You need to tell someone because you may not be the only victim. Many companies also have a hotline you can anonomously call.

If you believe a coworker is sexually harassing you the first step is you need to discuss this with a supervisor. If you have no immediate supervisor available I suggest documenting the behavior you find offensive then going to your human resources department.

Document exactly what happened and report it to your immediate supervisor. Find out what your company's policy is on this so you know the proper chain of command. You will also want to have the times, dates, locations, witnesses, and actions available.

Tell your Human Resources department or your boss immediately. Sexual Harassment is against the law and you don't have to take it. Document all of your encounters in a journal or notepad including the date and time of the harassment.

First you should approach them and say that their behavior is making you uncomfortable and you would like them to stop. If they do not do so or react negatively to this then you must bring your concerns to your HR department.
