I still have bleeding 46 days after of a c-section. Is this normal ?

yes it is normal you may bleed for 6 weeks. Just make sure that you are not overdoing it if your bleeding turns bright red slow down

Postpartum bleeding is normally over by 6 weeks after birth. If you are still having heavy or bright red bleeding at this point, you really need to see your doctor as soon as possible. If it is lighter, you should still probably call them but it's not as urgent.
