I would help him to remember to use the toilet by setting a timer for him (say every 20 minutes) and reward him for staying dry.

It is very normal for a four year old child to continue to have accidents. To combat this, try to identify what may have led to the accident, whether is to too much liquid to drink, being in a situation where he was distracted from using the restroom, etc.

for a four year old child who is wetting the bed still buy some big kid diapers maybe take the child to a therapist.

Wetting your pants at this age is actually a serious thing. I would speak to your family physician about this.
