What should I do about my stolen mobile phone?

If you know the serial number of your phone then I suggest you call your cell phone company and report your phone stolen. Give them the serial number so they can suspend that particular phone and you should not be billed any more. You might wanna google how to get the serial number though, I forgot how.

The first thing to do is inform your carrier. You will probably have to close out your account and open a new one. If customer service/store clerk is unable to help then you will need to speak with the manager. It would be better if there was paper work such as a police report or insurance statement.

The first thing you need to do is call your phone carrier and tell them to cancel that phone's service immediately. Once that happens, the best thing you should do is just buy a new phone.

You need to call your company and explain to them your situation. You need to either get your number transfered to a new phone, or cancel your account completely. Either way, this will disconnect your other phone and the person who stole your phone from you will not be able to use it.
