What should I do about my ex playing games with me?

Best thing to do is completely cut her loose. Change a phone number if possible and refuse to take her calls. Once someone starts pulling you around you can be sure they are not future material so cutting all contact will solve the problem. If they are causing trouble with your friends remind them you are done with your ex.

Life is WAY to short for drama, so I would recommend that you tell them that you are aware that they are playing games, and if it doesn't stop (immediately), that you will no longer have any type of relationship with that person ever again. Games are for children, not adults.
