There is nothing you can do about the coloring of your dog's eye. Some dogs are variations in the iris; some dogs have eyes of two different colors. Talk to your veterinarian for reassurance.

"Blue eye" is a term used to refer to cloudiness in a dog's cornea due to a Adenovirus type 1 infection. This is a serious condition and the dog should be taken to the vet.

If you mean the iris of one of your dogs eyes is blue and the other is a different color, then of course nothing is wrong, it's just cosmetic. But if you mean there is something blue actually tearing out of the eye, then just wait for it to waterout

Assuming you mean some blue pigment among the normal brown pigment in a dog's iris, there is likely nothing wrong with your dog. It has a non-dangerous condition called heterochromia. It is common among Huskies most predominantly, but does occur in other breeds as well. This can also accour in humans.

You should not do anything about it. Like some humans that have odd patches of color your dog's blue spot may be natural. If it is cataracts your dog might be going blind but this will be evident as he walks into things.
