They do, but it isn't something you can get over the counter. You must go see your vet, and he or she will check it out.

Yes. Any pet supply store will carry a variety of different eye drops for your dog. However depending on your level of concern, you may want to call your vet and ask them about which drops they recommend. Not all vets will even have you come in for an office visit.
