What should I do about an anti-freeze leak? Do I have to replace the radiator?

First ensure that the leak is in the radiator itself and not the various hoses that also cycle radiator fluid throughout the engine. If the radiator is leaking there is a product called "Stop Leak" which may plug a small hole, otherwise the radiator will need to be replaced.

It depends on where the actual leak is. If the radiator itself is leaking you may be able to repair it. You will have to remove it and have a repair shop look at it. They will be able to tell you if it is fixable. If they cannot fix it then you will have to replace it.
