What should be different about my second pregnancy?

My second pregnancy was smooth, as was my first. However, I had some days of light bleeding at the beginning of my second, which I did not have with my first. It turned out I had placenta previa early on, which resolved itself by my 20 week ultrasound. Otherwise, things went smoothly and I knew what to expect.

Pregnancy might vary from one another. It might be smooth on the first and hard for the second time or vice versa. It can also be smooth althroughout. It depends on the condition of our body and the development of our pregnancy.
