Equiatable compensation is most challenging for African Americans. Building a salary base takes time and lingering prejudices from years ago can affect compensation.

Attitude is probably the worst: People, even other African Americans will tell you that you can't do something because the "Evil White Opressors" won't let you. As much adversity as there is for you, oppurtunities abound as well. If you think you can't, you can't. Believe and you can achieve.

I believe that the most challenging racism that African Americans need to overcome is the fact that most keep the stereotypes alive, which makes it difficult to remove them.

It is because African Americans have been treated unjustly over the past than any other ethnic background. Events such as the Civil Rights Movement cause hostility that still exist today.

The percentage of fathers that play an active role in their children's life is extremely low. I strongly believe that children need both parents to achieve in life.
