Are there scholarships specifically for Africans?

Throughout my search, I have never seen a category that has been set aside for Africans. I have used many search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing to find scholarships and no such scholarships appear to be for individuals of the African continent.

With Immigration Laws tightening in the US, it is getting harder for International Students to get school funding. The best thing to do would be to check with the school you want to go to, most schools have scholarship money designated specifically for International Students. They will also be able to direct you to further sources of aid.
