What PS2 games have the most action?

One of the most popular ps2 games is God of War for sword style action. For shooters, Ghost Recon and Killzone have been pretty popular. If by action you mean something more like a racing game, Gran Turismo remains at the top of most gamers' list.

There are great PS2 action games like BloodRayne, Blood Omen 2, Resident Evil 4, Devil May Cry 3, Onimusha. My favorite would be Devil May Cry 3.

There are a great number of good action games for PS2. These include the Metal Gear Solid games, GTA game, the Rachet and Clank games, Virtua Figther games, Tekken games, the Soul Caliber series, Resident Evil games, Jax and Daxter series, and the God of War series. Do know the GTA games and God of War are mature.
