The right lung is within the rib cage behind the breast. The liver, which includes the gall bladder, is below the lung.

Directly underneath, you would find the right lung, but a little way "south," you would also find the gall bladder. There are also some lymph nodes inside the rib cage, under each breast.

breast is an organ seen in females. organ which comes under the right breast is the right lung. males and females do have the same organ.

There is more than one organ under the right breast. For starters, you have the bottom half of the right lung, the right lobe of the liver, the gallbladder which is tucked in a shallow fossa on the ventral surface of the liver, the transverse colon and then the small intestines.

The function of the gallbladder is to store bile and concentrate. Bile is a digestive liquid continually secreted by the liver.It is approximately 3 to 4 inches (7.6 to 10.2 cm) long and about 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.

I would have to say the right lung. The heart is more in the center of the body, but it's close...

If you mean under as in directly under the diaphragm, it would be the liver, possibly the gallbladder. If you mean under as in behind, it would be the right lung.
