What needs to be included in a custody agreement?

Custody agreement needs to include all holidays, birthdays of parents and children, travel arrangements, moving arrangements, where your child will go to school, who will make the decisions for the child(ren) in religion, school, discipline, etc. The custody agreement also has to include what percentage of time the child is actually with each parent, what days, and specific times.

the basic needs for custody agreement is residency where the child will reside with the parent, access time to where the parent has access to the child such as weekends, holidays or special occasions, decision making for childs health, education and religious beliefs and agreement of child support benefits
