Use approved fan brace and box, cut a hole in the ceiling the size of the fan box. Using 14-3 bx and two connectors bring one end of the bx to the switch. Slide brace into hole and tighten against the joist. Bring other end of the bx to the fan box. Wire fan and switch.

Pull 4mm sq cable c/w cable trace from nearest outlet point through new 20A wall switch. Drill on the concrete ceiling, then plug in the expanded screw with hook for ceiling fan. Basically it's done.
