What microphone should I use to record music on a computer?

There are many expensive microphones for computers but any cheap microphone can do the job well but don't use mic that comes with headphones

To record with high definition sound you must have a good microphone with your computer, one to consider would be a hand held microphone since its designed to record voice and makes the bass sound really at it's best. This kind of microphone would also work to record music from other devices, like speakers.

For good quality recording you can use APEX181, Nady USB-1C like that. These are connected via USB. This types are not much costly. You can choose APEX210, Sontronics Sigma, etc are for professional recording.

You can use almost any microphone to record music. One with high impedance would be best. Check at The Shack for a large selection.

the sony is manufacturing a good quality of microphone. it has good sound effect and pure volume. i think it should be better for recording

For better sound recording you should use dynamic microphone to record music because it is very sensitive for any kind of low voice or sound.
