What makes Havaianas sandals and flip-flops worth the price?

You are exactly right. There is nothing special about them and 20$ probably is a bit much, but they are able to get a lot of young people who like their colors, etc to pay that. Footwear seems to have gone up in price across the board. There is nothing special except the brand name.

They are reportedly very comfortable, yet stylish. They come in a variety of styles so there are many different ones to choose from. They are a popular with celebrities so they will keep you in fashion.

I have absolutely no idea why Havaianas are so expensive. They have very cute styles, however they appear to be every bit the same as flip flops I have purchased for a few dollars. I wish someone would tell me why they cost so much.

Nothin about Havaianas makes them worth the price other than they are "trendy". They are the same as other cheap flip flops, but people like to say they are wearing a brand name so consequently pay more for them.

Havaianas sandals and flip-flops are not worth the price. They are more comfortable than some kinds of flip-flops, but not that much. You are paying for the name brand.
