What make dedorants for women different than the ones marketed to men?

It seems like they'd all be the same.

Women's deodrant smell like flower/ vanilla, while men's smell like cologne. Women's deodrants are the same as men but marketed different so a woman doesn't feel like a man.

Most of the difference is in the fragrances used. Women's deodorants are usually floral or fruit scented, while mens deodorant tends to be woody otherwise masculine. Also, sprays seem to be more popular with men's deodorant. The packaging also varies for it's intended consumer base. Otherwise I believe the rest of the ingredients are basically the same.

Other than the difference in types of scents and packaging, I believe they are also formulated differently to respond to the different types of hormones in men and women.
