The main equipments are convection oven, deck oven, proofer, dough sheeter, hobert mixer and baker's rack. But primary major equipments are the convection oven and deck oven. Now a days there are some chinese machines where you can use premixed items with measured amount of water and other things which without any more efforts brings our cakes and also breads.

You will need one or more large ovens. You also will need a refrigeration unit, restaurant grade dishwashing equipment, and a water heater. If you will sell retail, you will need several display cases. A delivery van is needed for any wholesale outlets you have. Supplemental equipment includes dry storage. Air conditioning equipment (seasonal) could be beneficial.

Ovens and mixers as well as ingredients and counter space. Whatever is needed to bake. If you want customers to sit then chairs and tables must be purchased as well.

The most importnant equipment will have to be an excellent mixer. Without this you can't get anything off the ground.
