These types of tests are usually very simple, comparable to a test for an eighth grade knowledge exam. You will find questions that test your reading comprehension and logic ability. Example questions are questions such as how much change to give back from a certain amount of money or questions about a paragraph that is given.

These tests usually have a large variety of multiple-choice questions that the "average" person would be able to answer, or at least guess correctly. Some examples include: Who wrote Harry Potter? (j.K. Rowling) What is the medical word for chewing? (masticating) Ichthyology is the study of what? (fish) What is the longest line of latitude on the Earth? (Equator)
