Look for a store that specializes in organizational supplies or a container store. You may not find one exactly like your friends but you will find something useful.

Walmart and Target stores sell a Rubbermade or Tupperware brand gift wrap organizer, but you probably have to wait until closer to the holidays. It looks almost like an opaque trash can and that's where you store the rolls of wrapping paper upright. The lid opens to store your tape, scissors, and ribbon.

You can find a gift wrap organizer at most large retail stores such as Target and WalMart. They also are sold in organizing product catalogs.

I would check out hallmark and micheals if you have one. I know that hallmark has them there. I have gotten one from there.
