My absolute favorite calming noise is rain. The way it sounds as it hits the roof, and the porch. If that doesn't work, the ocean is beautiful too. Waves crashing on the beach and birds in the distance...

i love listening to thunder storms and rain. the smell of fresh rain is my favorite smell, and i always enjoy storms.
