It does mean "I'm Latin". Nevertheless, it is also the title of a play by Linda Nieves-Powell in which she depicts issues that Latino women come across in their lives and which stem from their social and cultural backgrounds. A great drama to learn about bilingualism and biculturalism. It's said to be a work of art.
