What is wrong with my Red-Eared Slider turtle that he has black stuff coming from his anus?

The only thing this could be that would make sense would be feces. If it's not that, then you should probably take your turtle in to the vet so they can make sure it's ok.

There will be worm of some sort. We can provide treatment like anti-parasitic such as metronidazole. Take a bowl of lukewarm water and 6 TB's of salt and make turtle soak for 15 minutes. This will make turtles to get back its own metabolism. Also wash,rinse and sterilize your tank by adding chlorine bleach it will kill worms and larva.
