What is wrong with my 95 Blazer 4.3l?

There is a problem with the fuel pump relay under the hood or wiring to it. The computer gives the pump a two second burst then the relay takes over.

It sounds like you are having a problem with the fuel injection. I would try to get some Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner and dump it right into the tank if you have a full tank or half a tank. Make sure the fuel rail is clean also because if there is something clogged it is not getting gas.

It could be a lot of things. Without knowing more about the car all I can say is check your fuel and ignition system. Check the fuel pump for sure.
