Depending on whether you are male or female - or how you feel about wearing the color pink... light pink is one of the best colors to wear with gray. Navy blue also looks very sharp with gray as does a burgundy or wine color. Avoid browns, tans, yellows, and greens. These colors don't really work with gray.

Black or Maroon skirt. print blouse. Colors that go with grey/ black,red/maroon,soft yellows, blues, put something of color/pattern with it to break up the shoulder to knee stark color.

Gray is a wonderful color because just about any color goes with it. You can wear bright colors such as blues and greens, any pastel color if you like those, or a simple white or black with a great tie. Gray is very versatile.
