What is wrong if my dog's vomit has been a milky white color and she has vomited for the past two days?

She may have some sort of stomach virus. I would taker her to a vet and they will provide you with antibiotics to cure her. You should feed her rice or anything like that to calm her stomach. Do not give her pills made for humans. She is at risk and i would take her to the vet ASAP

The milky white color of her vomitus simply means that she has vomited up everything possible in her system and there is nothing left to vomit.

Take her to the vet to have her diagnosed. It could be a lot of things that maybe she has the canine flu. She could be vomiting due to something that doesn't agree with her stomach.
