I would not recommend wearing cream colored shoes with white because next to the white they would look dirty. The same thing with a shirt and a skirt. The cream looks dirty/dingy and it would be best to just stick with white on white or cream on cream.

I would not wear cream color shoes with white. It's ok to wear white after Labor Day but if you wear white pair it with a darker color like black or brown.

True, white shoes after Labor Day is supposedly a fashion no-no, but cream shoes and white is too! Throw some color in with the white to match your top.
