What is wrong if my AC compressor blows out hot air during a power outage?

Dude, check yourself- how can your air conditioner blow out any air in a power outage? The blowout fan whouldn't be powered. Could the fan work in a power outage?

AC compressor blows out hot air during a power outage as the blowout fan wouldn't be powered so eventually we get warm air when sitting there and it needs resetting.

My AC compressor is over heating and should be shutdown to prevent damage. The generator should be checked to see the amount of power that is being generated.

If there is a power outage then it should be blowing any air. I it still circulates though the air work eventually get warm sitting there is nothing cooling the refrigerant. No power means nothing to move refrigerate so it sits and get warmer and warmer. The power outage may have also tripped something in the system that need resetting.

If your AC compressor is blowing hot air during a power outage, there is nothing you can do. You must wait until the power restores and then see if it works at that time.
