It really does not seem like there are many things to do, but I found some things. The Kurzentrum Rheinfeldem Sole uno, Jean Tinguely Museum, and Offene Kirche Elisabethen are some options. Try asking your relatives since they live there.

There are museums to visit, such as the World's First Security Museum, as well as the Castle Mosimann. Zurich is also close by, only about 40 miles away.
