The worst thing one person could do to another is disrespect. This can take the form of cheating, lying, stealing, physical abuse, psychological abuse, etc.
I think the worst thing I could do would be to lie to him and sleep with an other man. He trusts me so much that I think this would be the worst thing that I could do as it would shatter his trust in me and with out trust you really don't have a relationship.
