In a saucpan over medium heat, combine 4 cups white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter and 1(12 ounce) can evaporated milk. Boil stirring constantly for 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 jar marshmallow creme. Stir in 1(16 ounce) jar peanut butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
