What is the white stuff coming out of my ear piece?

The white stuff is insulation. The earpiece itself is a set of vibrating magnets that resonate when a tiny electrical circuit is turned on and off making sound. I'm afriad to say your ear piece is broken.

Are you talking about your ear ring? It sounds like you have an infection and it is pus. You should treat it with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide.

It is probably puss resulting from an infection. You need to get yourself to a doctor so that they can start you on an antibiotic schedule to clear it up. It could also be an over abundance of wax and dead skin that have built up over time and are slowing being forced out.
