The value of any dog is very subjective. The quality of the dog, the demand for that breed, the location where the dogs are, the training, the age, and the health all factor into the value of the dog. Your best bet is to do research in your community and see what the market is bearing.

It depends a lot on the pedigree of the puppies and the area you live in. If the parents are show quality shepherds and have a good pedigree, the puppies could be worth some money, otherwise they're not worth too much.

It all depends on the area you are in how you advertise them and what the demand for that particular breed is.
