THe heart muscle is the strongest muscle in the human body. It is in constant use, normally once a second or even more. No other muscle is used as much.

Believe it or not your heart is a muscle too! It is the only muscle in your body that can constantly be moving and never get tired. It is also the only muscle that can continue to beat for over eighty years and never stop even once. Pretty impressive if you ask me.

I suppose there are different ways to measure strength, but many people say that the heart is the strongest muscle of our bodies because it is constantly working and has been since long before we were born. It contracts, rests briefly, and contracts again.
