I guessing you are asking about the highly addicting narcotic medication, Percocet. Percocet is a medication used for pain. Because of its highly addictive qualities, it is imperative that this medication be taken exactly as presribed by your doctor. If pain gets worse, you should not increase dose without consulting your doctor first.

I believe you are referring to the painkiller Percocet, which is the brand name for a combination of acetaminophen and oxycodone. Oxycodone is a narcotic pain reliever, whereas acetaminophen is an over-the-counter pain reliever which works in conjunction with oxycodone. It is used to reduce pain, often after breaking bones.

Percocet is used as a pain medication. It contains both acetaminophen (tylenol) and oxycodone, which is a narcotic. It is considered to be a moderately powerful pain releiver, and is usually more effectively than a similar medication called vicodin.
