A prayer is simply a conversation with God. When you pray, tell God what is on your mind. If you want to talk to him about your speeding ticket, that is what you should do. But if you were speeding, you should be prepared to pay, because it is justice.

chill out. i am in law enforcement. Prayer does work lots of cases that go to court are dismissed. i dont enjoy writing tickets either ; i only write a few but sometimes they are needed. if you are without a car seat and a child. i promise ticket

Essentially, you are telling the court that it was a one time mistake and will not be repeated. If you get another ticket, you can be penalized for both.
