The Red Marker is the Church of Unitology's most defied relic of alien origin. The game revolves around this relic as it is believed that it has mysterious powers that give rise to the necromorphs (the main alien enemy). No one knows the full powers the Red Marker has all they knwow is that it is mysterious and dangerous.
