Mix one cup each sugar and flour. In another bowl, stir one package of active dry yeast into 1/4 cup warm water. (Don't use any metal.) After 10 minutes, combine both mixtures. Cover; set aside.
Wait 10 days. Stir every day.
On day 5, add one cup each of milk, sugar, and flour.
On day 10, divide into thirds.
