A managerial grid shows a behavioral pattern of various types of managers in which shows several main management styles. Each for the portions of the grid represents the 9 main common types of managerial styles that is used in a wide variety of businesses that are looking for a specific type of manager.

The purpose of it is to identify the five leaderships styles and to determine which one is best for the highest production but which is also the best option for the people.
