What are simple ways to purpose marriage?

A simple way but yet romantic, make her a nice dinner and get her some fresh flowers do a candlight dinner and propose that way, make sure to get one bended knee. Another idea would be to take her on a walk thru a park just the two of you and propose during the walk

I got into a fight with my girlfriend about something silly and after she was mad i asked her if she still loved me and of course she said yes so i said then kiss me and in the mean time i had slipped the ring into my mouth so when she kissed me i slid it into her mouth
