You need to make sure your salsa is all in the jars and once that is done just put them in the canner however long the ball book says to.

Use only high quality tomatoes for canning salsa or any other tomato product. Wipe jar rims clean. Use a new lid and process for the full time. Process is a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. It has good taste and every one like it. Ingredients are tomatoes, peppers, onions, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large saucepan.
