You can definitely freeze salsa. Cooked salsa freezes very well. Just put it into airtight containers or bags and put it in the freezer. Uncooked salsa may not freeze as well because uncooked fruits and vegetables often get a bit mushy after freezing. However, it is safe to eat.

You can freeze salsa, there are some things that you should know however. If you are freezing a chunky tomato salsa it will be very mushy after it has been defrosted, so blended salsas are a better choice for freezing. Salsas made with fruits will be just fine freezing. Good luck.

You can freeze salsa buy placing the completed product in an airtight container that filled half way. You can freeze for up to several months and then you will have to defrost later on buy placing in hot water full a quick defrost or in the fridge.

Freezing salsa's fine if it's been cooked -- fresh salsa tends to get watery when frozen. I freeze my salsa without adding cilantro, which can turn dark and unappetizing in the freezer. Add chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime just before serving and it tastes like fresh.
