A solid low carb diet combined with lifting heavy weights for full body exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press), combined with high intensity training like hill sprints and sled dragging.

Try doing not just one workout, but a variety of ab workouts so your body doesn't get used to one thing. To get abs quick, you also have to really watch what you eat. Try laying on your back, raise your legs up, keep them as straight as possible, and raise and lower them at least 50 times.
