How can I get perfect abs?

Your muscle structure is dependent on your body - some people cannot achieve "perfect" abs no matter how much they exercise. No amount of ab workouts will give you a six-pack if you have large amounts of fat over your abs. Cruches, bicycle crunches, push-ups, the plank, and running all help strengthen and define the abs, as does swimming.

Lots of abdominal workouts. Crunches are a good start. It will take a lot of time and effort to get "perfect abs."

Making sure to eat a healthy diet is going to make a big difference. Doing a cardio workout at least 5 times a week. Then start an ab workout that you change about every 8 weeks to prevent your body from getting used to it.
