In Silence of the Lambs one scene sticks out in our minds as very disturbing. This scene is one in which Buffalo Bill puts on some sort of freakish striptease to the beat of a somewhat creepy song. This is the song, I assume, you're asking about. If this is so, then the song is "Goodbye Horses" by Q Lazzarus.

I assume you mean the one when Buffalo Bill is posturing. The song is called "Goodbye Horses" and it is sung by Q Lazzarus. Released in 1988, it has been featured in other films, including "Marrried to the Mob. " It was written by William Garvey and released in 1988.

Goodbye Horses, made famous by the band Psyche is played during the movie Silence of the Lambs. One place it's played is when Buffalo Bill is dancing and putting on lipstick in front of a mirror. What makes the song and scene even more creepy is he's naked while doing this.
