That song is by a band called Rehab. The song is entitled "Bartender Song (Sittin' at a Bar)". It was released in 2008, you should be able to find it easily on iTunes.

Rehab made the song originally called the Bartender Song or could also be called Sittin At A Bar. In the country version I believe Hank Williams Jr. joins in with Rehab to sing the song. If you're looking on I tunes definitely type in Rehab first. It will be the song with that is more popular.
